How to Order
There are three steps to follow when placing an order:
- Select Customer.
- Add Products.
- Delivery Info.

Select Customer
The customer list is alphabetically sorted.
To select a customer you can:
- Search for the customer by typing in the first few letters of the customer's name; or
- Click on the customer's name from the list.
Step 2:
Add Products
- Use Search to find the product.
- Select Categories to filter products by ticking the boxes next to the preferred categories.
- Scroll down to see images and information of products found.
- Select the appropriate product by clicking on Order.
- Enter the Quantity you would like to order.
- Add any comments in the Additional notes window.
- Click on Order.
- Click Continue shopping to add more items; or
- Click View Cart to Check out or change order information.
Continue Shopping
If you choose to Continue Shopping, the Cart icon will show the number of items in your cart.
Users can add more items or click on the Cart icon to view the cart.
View Cart
You can do various things in the Cart:
- Click Continue Shopping to add more items;
- Click Check Out to complete delivery information;
- Add or edit Additional notes on the order;
- Remove a product item from the order.
Once you have scrolled through your entire order and you are satisfied with the order, click Check Out.
Step 3
Delivery Info
- Enter the Customer Purchase Order number (if known at time of order).
- Select the Delivery Type.
- Select a Saved Address or enter a Custom Address.
- Select the type of labels you would like.
- Click on Check Out to create the order.
- Select OK to create the order; or
- Select Cancel to continue editing the order.
